Reith bei Kitzbühel: new, luxurious country house "Meixner", built in 2001 2 km from the centre of Reith, 7 km from the centre of Kitzbühel, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 20 m from the woods edge, south-east facing position. For shared use: garden 200 m2 (fenced). In the house: sauna. Central heating, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). House maid on request (extra). Motor access to the house (in winter snow chains necessary). Parking by the house. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 300 m. Swimming pool 5 km, tennis 2 km, golf course 4 km, mountain lift 5 km. Swimming lake (Schwarzsee) 5 km. Open air swimming pool at Kitzbuehel and Hahnenkamm 7 km. There is a nice blend of stylish modern furniture and antique furniture, modern comfort and hand crafted rustic furniture. Enjoy the wonderful distant views of the "Kitzbuehler Horn" and the "Hahenkamm". Help with housework available on request (10 EUR per hour). Modem and fax machine available.
INTERIOR: 2-room apartment 50 m2, comfortable and tasteful furnishings: 1 double bedroom with shower/WC. Living/sleeping room with 1 double sofa bed and cable-TV. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave) with dining table. Facilities: sauna. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. Bathroom with corner bath. This new property is situated on the ground floor with an annexe built in 2006. Light apartment with lovely views and door to the garden.
