Public bathing area, tennis 500 m, golf course, cross-country ski trail 2 km. The wooden chalet is situated beside a mountain brook close to the "Kneipp" hiking path. Several ski areas are accessible within 20-30 minutes by car. 1 covered parking space. 2 wood stoves and 1 electric heater. 100 l boiler (constant). Up to 100 kW/h energy inclusive.
TRAVEL AND SAVE: The "Millstaetter Lake inclusive card" is included in the price all year round. (Daily free entrance to the most beautiful beach - and indoor swimming pools, museums, free use of the toll roads, buses of the region and boat trips).

3-room house 40 m2, partly renovated, simple furnishings: 1 double bedroom with tiled stove. 1 small room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (190 cm). Kitchen-/living room (4 hotplates, oven) with dining corner, satellite-TV and tiled stove. Shower/WC. Terrace. Porch. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Very nice view of the lake. Please note: apartment for non-smokers. The double bedroom is a connecting room. Typical tiled stove.
