Apartment Arcadia is a beautiful apartment with separate chalet in the heart of the Haute Savoie region in the French Alps.
Ideal for your group or family holiday. Ski without the crowds or enjoy a fantastic summer resort all within a days drive of the UK!
The property is only 1 hours drive from Geneva airport, 2 hours from Chambery airport and you can drive from Calais to the Chalet in one day.
The apartment is in St Jean de Sixt, which is 5 minutes from the lovely ski resort of La Clusaz, one of the oldest villages in the Alps. The resort of Grand Bornand is close by.
The Apartment consists of -
A lounge/dining/kitchen open plan living area.
Three twin bedded good sized bedrooms
Dressing room
WC, Shower and bathroom and new separate shower room and WC.
When you arrive the apartment will be warm and welcoming.
We will provide a small selection of bread and cheeses, white and red wine, bottled water and chocolates to ease the tensions of travelling.
All the beds will be made up with fresh linen, with towels and bathrobes in each room.
We have fitted out the apartment to a high standard to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
There is ample room and furniture to allow you all to relax in the property.
As well as skiing in Winter, the area is beautiful to visit in the Spring, Summer and Autumn often with warm days and cool nights.
There are lovely walks all around the mountains, biking trails, white water rafting, boating, water skiing on Lac Annecy and other Summer pursuits. It truly is a wonderful place to visit in the Summer, and we offer both properties on a self catered basis throughout the Spring, Summer and Autumn.

The price includes the following:
Self catered basis
All linen and towels are provided
A welcome pack is provided
The apartment has a TV/DVD/Stereo system & dishwasher
Once you have decided which week you require and we have confirmed availability we require a 30% deposit which is non refundable, with the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival.
In addition there is a 300euro refundable damage deposit which is returned to you after we have confirmed the inventory at the apartment is complete. Any material damages or breakages will be deducted form the deposit. The deposit will be repaid to you within 7 working days of your vacating the property.
