This lovely chalet is located 1.5km from the village of Les Houches one of the 5 ski areas in the Chamonix Valley, which is situated at an altitude of 1000 metres and lying at the foot of Mont-Blanc (4807m), Les Houches offers an exceptional panorama of the peaks surrounding Chamonix.

The accommodation is only 200m from the nearest ski bus stop and 5km from Chamonix centre. It's ideal for groups and families with 5 bedrooms all of which are en suite.

The property benefits from a large open plan living and dining room (50m2) with log fire and an American style kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, 2 large fridges, 1 large freezer, a full size electric oven with 5 gas hobs, a microwave and a kettle. There is a also a TV room with WIFI internet access.

Room 1 and Room 2 are family rooms, 14 m2, that sleep 4 in one king size bed and one two person bunk bed. Both of these rooms have private walk in shower en suites.

Room 3 is 13m2 and has a king size bed with a bathroom en suite and a private, south facing, balcony.

Room 4 is 10m2 and has a double bed with a bath en suite.

Room 5 is 10m2 and has a double bed with a large walk in shower.
