Description
This chalet contains four separate apartments. It is situated on the road to Le Chinaillon 400 metres from the centre of Le Grand Bornand. There is a free bus service which stops opposite the entrance and runs every 15 minutes in the season. All the apartments look over the village with stunning views of the Aravis mountains.
The top apartment sleeps 10 in 4 bedrooms with a family bathroom and en suite shower/basin/WC and separate WC and basin.
The first floor flat sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms with 2 en suite shower rooms/basin/WCs and a family bathroom.
The ground floor flat sleeps 8 in 3 bedrooms. There is a family bathroom/basin and separate WC and 1 en suite shower room/basin/WC.
The Duplex flat occupies the two lower floors and sleeps 11 in 5 bedrooms. There is a family bathroom, 2 en suite shower room/basin/WCs and 1 en suite shower/basin and 2 separate WCs.
The living rooms are open plan, with areas for cooking, dining and relaxing. The kitchens are fitted with a four ring ceramic hob, extractor, oven, fridge, dishwasher and cooking utensils. The dining areas have a good sized table and benches with sets of glass, crockery and cutlery for the appropriate number of people. The sitting areas are furnished with comfortable modern furniture with space for everyone. There are TV/DVDs. The whole chalet is centrally heated. Each apartment has full laundry equipment.
Large french windows open out on to the south-facing balconies, and in the case of the Duplex apartment on to a decked garden area, looking at the ski slopes and the mountains beyond.
All bed linen and towels are supplied. A cot and high chair are available on request.
There are two parking places per apartment.

Ski bus stop is right outside your door, taking just 10 minute drive directly to the skiing.
