Situated beneath the magestic Matterhorn, Zermatt is a resort that has a fantastic combination of nearly everything you could possible want. Fantastic skiing, Picturesque scenery and lively nightlife. The snow is reliable at altitude and the extensive ski area is excellent for intermediates and experts. The village centre is entirely car free, with horse drawn sleighs and electric taxis and is packed with trendy shops and boutiques.
