Description
Aspen is America's top glitzy ski resort with the filmstar image. But behind this image is a resort that combined with it's neighboring villages offers such varied skiing that it is well and truly a ski destination for all abilities. The resort centre is an attractive old mining town that dates back to the 17th century, and has a good selection of restaurants and varied nightlife. The neighbouring resorts of Snowmass, buttermilk and Aspen highlands combine to make up a huge ski area that would keep you entertained for longer than the week stay that most people seem to take.
