Motor access to the house (in winter snow chains necessary). Parking by the house. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 300 m. Swimming pool 5 km, tennis 2 km, golf course 4 km, mountain lift 5 km. Swimming lake (Schwarzsee) 5 km. Open air swimming pool at Kitzbuehel and Hahnenkamm 7 km. There is a nice blend of stylish modern furniture and antique furniture, modern comfort and hand crafted rustic furniture. Enjoy the wonderful distant views of the "Kitzbuehler Horn" and the "Hahenkamm". Help with housework available on request (10 EUR per hour). Modem and fax machine available.
