Our two, spacious, ski-convenient apartments, catering for groups of 2 to 9 are situated one above the other in the same building and can be booked by one party or individually. The location is unbeatable, directly opposite one of the main ski lifts and a stone's throw from the village centre with its many lively bars, restaurants and supermarkets - also "Wellness" facilities in nearby hotels.

About Us
For 20 years we organised ski chalet parties in many of the major resorts of France, Switzerland and Austria. Ultimately we decided to acquire our own ski apartments in Austria - because we found that we always had much more fun there than in other countries. And it had to be Saalbach, because it is undoubtedly the best all-round ski resort we have ever encountered - whether your priority is the quantity, the quality or the convenience of the skiing, the entertainment value of the apres-ski, the friendly, welcoming atmosphere or the picturesque charm of the surroundings, this wonderful resort really does tick all the boxes!
The Village
The honey-pot village of Saalbach, with its charming village centre, cobbled, pedestrianised streets and ancient onion-domed church, is about 50 miles from the magical "Sound of Music" city of Salzburg. It is significantly higher than many nearby Austrian ski villages (Zell am See, Kitzbuhel, etc), which makes for an excellent snow record. It is at the hub of the fabulous 200km 'Ski Circus', which also includes the villages of Hinterglemm and Leogang.
Saalbach is a resort that cries out for you to self-cater: it offers an eclectic array of restaurants, both up the mountain and in the village, catering for all budgets and tastes, and the evening entertainment is legendary! A hotel or chalet would cost you considerably more, and you would miss out on much of the fun. Do it our way - once sampled, you won't want to do it any other way!
There are three handy supermarkets for your breakfast requirements and perhaps for the occasional meal at home accompanied by a bottle of excellent Austrian wine. There are also some really excellent take-aways. Self-catering gives you the flexibility to do what you please when you please.
The Apartments
Our two apartments are situated one above the other in the same attractive, chalet-style apartment house. They are spacious (sleep 2 - 10), fully refurbished and well-equipped, but most importantly they are ideally located in the best spot in the village, right next to the main ski-lift and the nursery slopes, and only a stone's throw from the shops and the village centre. (N.B. There is an absolute minimum of walking in ski boots, so if this what you enjoy, these apartments are not for you!)
Ski in, ski out, if you so desire, although you may prefer to stop off for a few gluhweins, jagertees, schnapps, etc. and a bit of well-earned revelry before returning home. (Forget tea and cakes and a snooze in Saalbach - the apres-ski party starts at 4.30pm!) Rest assured however that, despite their proximity to the village amenities, the apartments are peaceful and secluded, so you will not be disturbed if you do want to snooze.
Both apartments are south-facing, One is on the ground floor and the other is on the first floor, and the ground floor one has access to a sun terrace and garden. They are warm and cosy, having very efficient central heating. They are nicely furnished and equipped with cooking facilities, television, DVD player, etc. Oh, and the panoramic view from the apartments is to die for! (See the photo on our home page)
One has a living room and two bedrooms and will sleep 4/5 people, and the other is a studio apartment that will sleep 2/4 people. There is a roll-out mattress that can be used in either apartment. Both have separate kitchens and shower room/toilets.

Getting There
Ryanair, Air Berlin, Flybe, Easyjet, and Aer Lingus (and no doubt others) do cheap flights to Salzburg and Munich.

Additional pricing information
We are always prepared to be reasonable and to consider individual circumstances. Based on full occupancy, our basic price for the coming winter season will be £120 per night for our studio apartment and £140 per night for our two bedroom apartment. During high season (the last week of January to the first week of March inclusive) those prices will be increased by £10 per night. At half-term (w/c 19th Feb) the studio apartment will be £165 per night and the two bedroom apartment will be £185 per night.
Our prices include all the usual add-ons, such as end of stay cleaning and the provision of bed linen and towels.
We have no specific change-over day and are always amenable to mid-week arrivals and departures, which should save you a considerable amount on flights.
