In the district of Reisberg 10 km from the centre of Wolfsberg, in a quiet, sunny position, along the wooded area. Private: well-kept garden 400 m2 (fenced), lawn for sunbathing. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: sauna. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Grocery 10 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station 15 km, outdoor swimming pool 14 km. Golf course 12 km, tennis 15 km, walking paths from the house 20 m, skisport facilities 25 km, slopes 25 km.
