"Reinbacher (GBM100)", 4-room house 110 m2 on 2 levels. Beautiful, rustic cottage "Reinbacher", 800 m a.s.l., surrounded by trees and meadows. 1.5 km from the centre of Grobming, on the outskirts, 13 km from the centre of Haus im Ennstal, 20 km from the centre of Schladming, directly by the stream, in the countryside.
Beautiful and rustic furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed and satellite TV. Exit to the garden. 1 small room with 1 double bed and shower/WC. Kitchen-/living room (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table and dining nook. Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed and 1 double bed. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed. Bath/shower/WC, double hand-basin. Oil heating. Balcony, large terrace roofed. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded. For shared use: large, well-kept garden with lawn and plants. Private: table tennis. In the house: infrared sauna, table football, trampoline, storage room for skis, bicycles available. Bread roll service. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, railway station "Stein an der Enns" 6 km, outdoor swimming pool 2 km, indoor swimming pool 20 km. Golf course (18 hole) 16 km, tennis 1.5 km, mountain railway 14 km, ski lift 11 km, cross country ski track 100 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
