Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table, satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. Bath/shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Oil heating. Carpet. Balcony. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). The appartment is not closed off by a door to the staircase. The landlady lives on the completely separate ground floor. In the district of Wildmoos 2 km from the centre of Solden, on the outskirts, 86 km from the centre of Innsbruck, in the residential district, 1.1 km from the skiing area. In the house: storage room for skis. Bread roll service. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house at 70 m. Supermarket 1.6 km, restaurant 300 m, indoor swimming pool 2.2 km. Cable car 1.1 km, mountain railway 1.1 km, ski lift 1.1 km, slopes 1.1 km, ski bus stop 100 m, cross country ski track 1.2 km. Please note: The owner does not accept any groups. Ski bus (free of charge). The owner lives in the same residence. Note the ski bus timetable: from Christmas to approx. Easter 4 trips daily to the mountain gondola and back.
