snow & wake prize draw

General Competition Terms

The draw will take place on the 1st May 2010, and the winner will be contacted shortly after this date. Travel dates to be determined between Snow and Wake Bulgaria and winner based on availability. Travel must take place prior to 13th March, 2011.

Flights, Lunches and Ski Passes ARE NOT included in the Snow & Wake prize.

Prize is as stated only and no cash alternative will be given. However the operator has the full and free right to alter arrangements or prize should circumstances change.

Insurance

Snow and Wake Bulgaria Ltd are covered for full public liability insurance but can not be held responsible for any injuries, loss or death caused whilst partaking in extreme sports or on this holiday. Snow and Wake Bulgaria Ltd recommend that customers ensure that they have suitable insurance cover for the activities that they are taking part in.

Snow and Wake Bulgaria Ltd take no responsibility for loss of theft of personal belongings during the stay. It is the individual’s responsibility to ensure their own safety.

Snow and Wake Bulgaria maintain all their equipment to the best possible standards and can not be held responsible for any loss or injury caused by equipment failure. Although Snow and Wake do not take deposits individuals are held responsible for loss, damage and theft of Snow and Wake Bulgaria Ltd equipment and the stated current rates available from the management.

Transfers

Snow and Wake Bulgaria Ltd include transfers to and from Sofia Airport. The correct flight details need to be supplied to booking@snowandwakebulgaria.com at least two weeks to departure. Any change of details within these 2 weeks might incur extra charges.

Properties

Snow and Wake Bulgaria Ltd have the right to make changes to the advertised properties in the way of pricing structure and upgrades to the advertised properties. Snow and Wake Bulgaria Ltd maintain there properties to a high standard but can not be held responsible to issues caused by adverse weather conditions. In the advent of an issue arising Snow and Wake Bulgaria Ltd will endeavour to find alternative accommodation at the same or higher specification. Snow and Wake Bulgaria Ltd have the right to move a booking to an alternative accommodation but this will always be an equivalent or upgrade on the accommodation originally booked.

Weather and Natural Disasters

Snow and Wake Bulgaria Ltd can not be responsible for any adverse weather conditions or natural disasters during the holiday
