Description

255 km north of Rovaniemi, in Saariselka, in the area of Laanila. Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".


Log cottage, built in 2017. Living room with sofa bed, alcove with 2 beds. Sauna and bathroom/toilet, covered porch. Warm ski maintenances room (in shared use). Pet fee 25 euros. There is metal fireplace, which also has a bakery oven. Cottage kitchenette has no oven. High chair for a baby and cot available upon prior request from the owner of the use without charge. Bed linen/towels and final cleaning included in rent. IMPORTANT! On your stay kindly use bed sheets in beds, thank you. On departure remember to close windows and leave the heating on. Cottage is located near the skiing and hiking trails. Also an illuminated ski track nearby. The skibus passes through Laanila during the ski season. Other cottages nearby. Neighbouring cottage 13659. The cottage has a fast charging possibility (high voltage) for electric car. Barbeque hut in common use with other cottages in the area (6 cottages). Clients can rent owner's glas roofed panorama hut 14260 ARCTIC HUT, Laanila for special price (-20% from the normal price). Rental on the spot through the owner and if the panorama hut is available. Distances: Savotta cafe 300 m. Saariselka center services 3-4 km away.
