40km northeast of Kolari, lake Yllasjarvi 3km, beach 4,5km. Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".


A timber rowhouse apartment built 2006, kitchen-living room, one bedroom with two separate beds, upstairs (13 m²), with 4 separate beds, sauna (electric), bathroom/wc. Open porch, storage room 9 m², where ski waxing rack. Child equipment: high chair, baby cot, potty. A high grade rowhouse apartment in Yllasjarvi village, Iso-yllas area(Kultapiiskunkatu 7 A 3). Location of the apartment is excellent considering winter sports. Connection to a snowmobile trail from the yard. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. Bed linen can be rented.
