Description
40km northeast of Kolari, lake Yllasjarvi 3km, beach 4,5km. Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".
Thermal log cabin, area 140 m² of which 36 m² upstairs. Kitchen-living room, 3 bedrooms all with two separate beds, upstairs with 4 sleeping places separated by curtains (2 beds in 3 of them and 120 cm bed in one of them), sauna(electric), bathroom, two separate wc's. Two terraces. Other: Smart Tv, hair dryer, iron. The cottage has a car charging point AEV Type 2 box model charging point (fixed 16A / 400V) on the garage wall. Your own charging cable must be included. Charge 20 € / week, 3 €/ day. Payment to caretaker, who gives key. A well equipped and roomy cabin in Yllasjarvi village, Iso-Yllas area. Location of the apartment is excellent considering winter sports. Pets are allowed, extra charge for pets. Bed linen can be rented.
