Description
25 km north of Kuusamo, built in 1988. Comfortable farmhouse "La Pedriza".
Pine capin in a rowhouse, kitchen-living room, bedroom 1: two beds a 80x200 cm, bedroom 2: doublebed, 4 mattress on the loft, sharp stairs to the loft, fireplace, bathroom, toilet, sauna. Downstairs 78 m², loft 30 m². Apartment in a kelo-log house with 3 more apartments. 200 m to lake Kesajarvi where sandy bottomed shore with a rowing boat in shared use with one other apartment. The nearest skiing lift is at Talvijarvi area 2,1 km (lift is usually open December-April), Ruka center about 3 km. Nearest food market is 800 m. Ski maintenance room in shared use, located in the end of storage building. In the same building also separate storage for firewood. Please, notice that room temperature is about +18ºC on arrival. Please, turn "kotona-poissa" -switch (home/away) to "kotona"-position and after that the heat will begin to raise. Reservations start at 16.00 and end at 12.00 (also in weekend bookings).
