You will be wowed when you walk into our Peisey-Nancroix chalet, a luxury, boutique chalet accommodating up to 16 guests in 6 large, beautifully appointed ensuite bedrooms. This 18th century farmhouse has been carefully restored and renovated, maintaining many of its traditional features and quirky alcoves, whilst offering everything you’d expect of comfortable modern living, including sumptuous underfloor heating.

The large bedrooms all have gorgeous ensuite bathrooms with individual heated towel rails, and the original ‘cave’ on the ground floor has been made into a fabulous bedroom with curved ceilings. All the beds are king-sized and can be separated into comfortable twins for complete flexibility.

Situated in the picturesque resort of Peisey-Nancroix in Les Arcs, Chalet Le Passeu is just a 5 minute walk to the amenities in Peisey.

Arranged over 3 floors, this contemporary, boutique chalet feels spacious and airy, and has a huge open plan living and dining area with floor to ceiling windows and a balcony, with fantastic views of the Rosuel valley. You’ll feel toasty warm in front of the welcoming wood burner and cosy underfloor heating throughout the chalet, and with a 42” TV, Sky, free wifi plus use of the chalet laptop, Nintendo Wii, DVDs, games and books, you won’t want to leave!

BEDROOMS

Chalet Le Passeu has six bedrooms arranged over three floors, accommodating up to sixteen people. Please note that whilst the chalet accommodates 16, because we only have 6 bedrooms we typically take a maximum of 12 adults in any one week, using remaining beds for kids to share with parents – but please contact us directly with your individual requirements, as we can stretch this if your group is amenable!

All our bedrooms have been beautifully decorated, most with carpet, but all with underfloor heating, making you feel warm, welcomed and comfortable!

On the ground floor is the original ‘cave’ bedroom, with an ensuite bathroom, a king sized bed/twin, and a further 2 twins, sleeping four. With its feature curved ceiling and special floor lighting, it is the perfect room for a romantic holiday or family looking for something that little bit special!

On the first floor (entrance level), are three light and airy bedrooms, all with king-sized beds/twins with ensuite shower rooms.

On the top floor, you’ll find another bedroom with a king-sized bed/twin with an ensuite shower room, and a large family bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, which sleeps four in a king-sized bed/twin with 2 more twins.

With Alpine365, what we essentially wanted to create was the kind of experience we wanted ourselves from a chalet holiday – fantastic skiing, boarding and mountain activities, fabulous food, quality wines, gorgeous surroundings and great conversations and laughs with friends – yet at affordable prices.

We’re Duncan & Toorna Salmon, co-owners of Alpine365. After 13 years of working in Marketing in London & Berkshire, we both decided we wanted a total change in lifestyle. So we left our jobs in the UK, got married and moved to the French Alps to set up our business – all in the same year!

Our carefully selected staff look after you during your entire time in the chalet, from producing a gorgeous dining experience to making the chalet a welcoming home from home. But, because we love nothing more than entertaining and meeting people from all over the world, we’re around every day to: offer you lifts in our courtesy 4x4s, give you advice on where best to ski or board, and of course, crack open the champagne when you arrive!

Duncan’s passion is skiing – he’s skied since he was a nipper in most resorts around the world. Toorna’s still a bit of a novice on the slopes but improving fast – so watch this space
