The resort of Puy St Vincent (1400m) is 10 minutes drive offering 70 km of ski runs from two stations and a friendly family skiing environment. The Winter Olympic hopefuls for 2018, resort of Pelvoux is approximately 15 minutes away with base slopes ideal for children and complete beginners. The skiing conditions of these quieter resorts have been consistently good over the past 5 years, offering some of the best skiing in France. The large resort of Serre Chevalier and the highest town in Europe, Briançon are approx 15 minutes drive, with Montgenèvre and the Italian border (Claviere / Sestriere / Milky Way) a further 15mins from here. Towards Grenoble and over the Col du Loterat, the other direction from Briançon, the challenging resort of La Grave can also be reached within 45 minutes. Risoul and Vars to the south, are approx 30 minutes drive. St Crepin airport is 15 minutes south for the Gliding enthusiasts during the summer. Kayaking based in L'Argentiere la Bessee offers some of the best white water rafting in the Alps.

Large open plan space, the width of the entire house with four full length double french doors which lead on to a wide wooden balcony, with picnic table and chairs which wraps the house facing south and west, giving views of Pelvoux glacier and the surrounding valley. The L-shaped open plan lounge / dining area has a large wooden table to seat up to 10 people.
Lounge area has large working fireplace, two sofas and armchair, coffee table and 37'' TV with Sky box and UK free channels, Video, DVD player. Polished solid wooden floor with rugs.

Bedroom 1
King size double bed, dressing table, two built in wardrobes, one narrow full length built in wardrobe. Chest of drawers and French doors to gorgeous small balcony looking south. Perfect for morning coffee or catching the last of the day's sunshine with a book.

At the other end there is a ski storage area, coat rack, and double glass doors with shutters leading out to the garden and sunny terrace, BBQ, outdoor table and benches.

South facing garden with large outside table, bench and seating for 12 under canopy. Partly slate and decked area leads onto artificial grass garden 5mX4m and swings and slide play area. Small sandpit and wendy house. Large open sunny terrace with picnic table. Concrete stairway giving access up to the front of the house and parking. Private parking for three cars on the gravel driveway.
