Please note: fridge without freezer, non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. TV only FR. Smoke alarm. Above Saint-Gervais. For shared use: garden. In the house: storage room for skis, washing machine (for shared use). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (limited number of spaces). Shop 1.4 km, restaurant 1.4 km, bakery 700 m, bus stop 400 m, outdoor swimming pool 1.7 km, thermal baths "Thermes de Saint Gervais" 7.5 km.
