On the lower ground floor: (steep stair), 1 room with 1 double sofabed (2 x 100 cm, length 200 cm), hand-basin. Exit to the garden. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, telephone, children's high chair (extra). Internet (DSL/LAN, free). Reserved parking, garage. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. On the outskirts, 300 m from the centre, in a quiet position on a slope. Private: garden. In the house: central heating system. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 300 m, bakery 4 km, bus stop 300 m, railway station "Loffingen" 5 km, outdoor swimming pool 500 m, indoor swimming pool 400 m.
