Electric heating. Terrace, south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Reserved parking at 50 m. Please note: non-smokers only. In a quiet, sunny position. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Stepped path to the house. Parking (for 2 cars). Shop 11 km, shopping centre 11 km, restaurant 1 km, thermal baths 16 km. Ski lift 1 km, slopes 1 km. Nearby attractions: Gruyere 6 km, Bulle 11 km, Maison de Cailler-Le Chocolat Suisse 11 km, Fribourg 36 km, Gstaad 46 km, Montreux 47 km. Please note: car recommended.
