In the resort, in a central, busy position, in the heart of the city. In the house: lift, central heating system. Public car park, public parking extra. Shop, grocery, supermarket, shopping centre, restaurant 50 m, bar 100 m, bakery 1 m, cafe 10 m, railway station "Montreux" 1 km, lake Lac Leman 300 m. Nearby attractions: Chatau de Chillon 3 km, Montreux Jazz Festival Juillet, Lausanne Musee Olympique 28 km, Gstaad 60 km, Genf/Geneva 90 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Leysin 33 km, Les Diablerets 36 km, Portes du Soleil 43 km. Hiking paths: Rocher de Naye. Please note: car not advisable.
