Comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with hi-fi system. 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. Floor heating. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Terrace furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi). Reserved parking, in winter at 300 m. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Fire extinguisher. Outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of Bullet, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. Private: natural state property. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access (300 m via unmade road). 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (for 5 cars) at the house. Shop 7 km, grocery 2 km, restaurant 1.6 km, cafe 2 km. Walking paths from the house 1 m, slopes 3.5 km, cross country ski track 1.6 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Les Rasses. Hiking paths: Chasseron. Please note: car recommended. Animals in the neighbourhood.
