Winter information
Whether it is alpine, cross-country skiing, snow boarding or snowshoeing through the forests, or simply relaxing in a winter wonderland, Chalet Wildhorn offers you a warm alpine welcome during your stay in the mountains. For the winter season there are now direct flights from Stan-stead to Sion with Snowyet. Transfer time is 25min to Anzère.


Chalet Wildhorn is 250m from Anzère village centre.
Ski bus to telecabine takes 3 mins from Chalet.
A free shuttle bus runs all day
Bus stop 100m from the chalet.
Skiing at 2500m with a 5km long run to village.
Village lift 250m from the chalet. Ski back to the chalet
40km of prepared pistes and extensive off-piste.
Creche and excellent children's ski, snowboard & recreational activties.
5 km Cross country trails
Walking & Snowshoeing, around 35km of the foot paths are open in winter.
300m2 ice rink in the village square. Entrance free. Open all day.

Anzère (1500m) is a winter gem largley undiscovered by the non-Swiss tourists. The village is a car free zone, child friendly with a tobbogan lift, ice skating, sledging, cafés and resturants. Night skiing/boarding is available most evenings along with organised children's activities in the village centre, and not forgetting mugs of vin chaud for the adults!
