Casa Nuorsa Nera is situated in the heart of Flims-Laax-Falera, which offers 220km of pistes, 4 snowparks, 2 halfpipes and 28 lifts. The ski bus (5 mins to Laax) stop is 50m from the front door.
Casa Nuorsa Nera is a traditional wooden chalet, totally renovated in 2006 by the current owners as their second home.
You enter the chalet on the ground floor, where you will find a ski room, with boot warmers and lots of storage, a bathroom, a Sauna, a double bedroom and a TV room (with UK and international channels) with garden access. There is also a computer with internet access and chalet wide WIFI. Lastly, through the garage, there is a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
On the first floor it has a large, double height, living/dining room with a real fire, a balcony and stunning mountain views. The kitchen is open plan and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, induction hob and oven. There are three double bedrooms on this floor, two of which share an en-suite bathroom. The other has a sink in the room. There is also a small bunk room and a shower room.
