Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the balcony. 2 showers/WC, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Underfloor heating. Balcony 20 m2, terrace 15 m2. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Private entrance. infrared cabin. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the housing units will be available for use. For shared use: property 400 m2 with courtyard. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Parking (for 5 cars) on the premises. Shop 300 m. Golf course (18 hole) 2 km, mountain railway 1.7 km, ski lift 1.7 km, ski bus stop 10 m. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied. The landlord allows in the period 25.04.-30.10. bringing a pet. In the other seasons, pets are not allowed.
