Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Reserved parking (roofed, 2 cars). Saeco espresso machine available. Outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of Fugen, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, along the wooded area, in the countryside. Private: garden, lawn for sunbathing. Patio, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, washing machine. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Carport. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 600 m, indoor swimming pool 3.5 km, thermal baths "Erlebnistherme Fugen" 3.5 km, bathing lake "Schlitterer Badesee" 5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 5 km, tennis 3 km, gondola lift 3 km, ski bus stop 300 m. Ideal starting point for walkers, mountain bikers and for toboganning. Stove heating (sufficient wood at the house, with excessive consumption EUR 10 per delivery to be paid on spot), electrical and oil radiators.
