Simple and rustic furnishings: living/dining room with dining table and satellite TV with 1 french bed. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining table and satellite TV. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 3 double bedrooms, each room with hand-basin. 2 rooms, each room with 1 sofabed, 1 double bed and hand-basin. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 bed and hand-basin. Sep. WC, bath/shower/WC. Heating. Carpet. Balcony. Balcony furniture, box-room. Beautiful panoramic view. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. 2 km long steep, narrow motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 5 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 3.3 km, railway station "Fugen" 3.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 2 km, mountain railway 4.5 km, ski lift 4.5 km, ski bus stop 5 km, sled run 3.5 km. The apartment on the 2nd floor is partly used by holiday guests who use the separate kitchen on the ground floor (access via a common hallway). The use of fireworks is prohibited on New Year's Eve.
