Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining nook and wood-burning stove. Shower/WC. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Please note: private entrance. For shared use: children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: WiFi, central heating system, washing machine (extra) (for shared use). Bread roll service. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house.
