Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 1 double sofabed and satellite TV. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm), shower/WC. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer) with dining table. Exit to the balcony, to the terrace. Bath/WC. Top floor: 1 large room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 200 - 100 cm with 1 double sofabed, 1 double bed and satellite TV. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven) with dining table. Exit to the balcony. Bathroom, sep. WC. 2 balconies, terrace. Terrace furniture, sitting area. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. Maximum occupancy: 14 people (children's bed included). 2 beds for a 15th and 16th person can be rented extra. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use. Above Fugen, in the district of Fugenberg, 2 km from the centre of Fugen, in a quiet, sunny position, 6 km from the lake, 3 km from the skiing area. Private: garden 200 m2. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue (swing). In the house: central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 1 km, outdoor swimming pool 3 km, indoor swimming pool 3 km, thermal baths "Erlebnistherme Fugen" 3 km, bathing lake "Schlitterer Badesee" 6 km.
