Sep. WC. Heating. Carpet. 2 balconies. Box-room. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the housing units will be available for use. In the district of Kleinboden 2.7 km from the centre of Fugen, 5.6 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, 48 km from the centre of Innsbruck, in the residential district. Besitzer wohnt manchmal am Wochenende im separatem Hausteil. Der Besitzer sieht gelegentlich nach dem Garten und nimmt den Mull mit.
