The living room is a farmhouse lounge. 2 large balconies, west facing position and, east facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Suitable for families. 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Attention: The extral beds are suitable for children up to 12 years. In the resort 150 m from the centre of Fugen, in a central position, 3 km from the lake, 1 km from the skiing area. For shared use: garden. Petting farm. In the house: WiFi, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Supermarket, restaurant 80 m, railway station 650 m, outdoor swimming pool 1.2 km, indoor swimming pool 1.2 km, thermal baths "Erlebnistherme Fugen" 1.2 km, bathing lake "Schlitterer Badesee" 3 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Spieljoch, Fugen 1 km, Hochzillertal-Hochfugen, Kaltenbach 7 km. Please note: suitable for families. Local sale of farm products. Ski bus (free of charge). Children can play in the garden and pet the many animals on the farm. In the summer, the cows are in the pastures.
