Rustic and cosy furnishings: entrance hall. Living/dining room with dining nook and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with sloping ceilings with rooflight with 1 sofabed, 1 double bed and shower/WC. 1 double bedroom. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds and 1 x 1 bunk beds. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave). Bathroom, sep. WC. Top floor: (steep stair), 1 room with sloping ceilings with rooflight with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm), hand-basin and separate WC. 2 balconies. Balcony furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: smoke alarm. In one three bedroom there is a bunkbed were two can sleep on the lower bed and one on the upper bed. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use. Above Fugen, in the district of Pankratzberg 3 km from the centre of Fugen, in a quiet, sunny position, 3 km from the skiing area. For shared use: natural garden. Patio, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing, sandbox), petting farm. In the house: central heating system. Linen change weekly. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Supermarket 3.3 km, restaurant 1.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, indoor swimming pool 4 km, thermal baths "Erlebnistherme Fugen" 4 km, bathing lake "Schlitterer Badesee" 8 km. Tennis 3 km, gondola lift 3 km, skisport facilities 3 km, ski bus stop 300 m, ski school 3 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Spieljoch 3 km, Hochfugen-Kaltenbach 10 km, Zillertalarena 15 km. Please note: car recommended. Local sale of farm products. Ski bus (free of charge).
