3-room apartment 60 m2 on 1st floor. Working farm "Unterflober", 3 storeys, surrounded by meadows and fields. 5 km from the centre of Hart im Zillertal, 7 km from the centre of Fugen.
Simple furnishings: entrance hall. 1 double bedroom with hand-basin. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with 1 sofabed, 1 double bed, hand-basin and satellite TV (flat screen). Living/dining room with dining nook and satellite TV (flat screen). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Carpet. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). 1 pet/ dog allowed. The apartments are open to the stairwell. The owner lives on the ground floor. Skis can be parked in the garage, ski boots in the stairwell. In the house: storage room for bicycles, central heating system. Steep, narrow motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 3 cars). Shop 7 km, supermarket 7 km, restaurant 5 km, bus stop 10 km, railway station 10 km, outdoor swimming pool 7 km, indoor swimming pool 7 km, bathing lake "Schlitterersee" 9 km. Golf course (21 hole) 10 km, mountain railway 9 km, ice field 7 km. Nearby attractions: Achensee 25 km, Innsbruck 45 km, Salzburg 150 km. On the estate animal husbandry. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. Owner uses some rooms in the house.
