Additional parking for a fee of 20 EUR per stay. Modern, comfortable semi-detached house "Wetscher". In the district of Fugenberg 1 km from the centre of Fugen, in a sunny position, 6 km from the lake, 300 m from the skiing area. In the house: WiFi, sun terrace, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house, single garage. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 50 m, outdoor swimming pool 1.5 km, indoor swimming pool 50 m, thermal baths "Erlebnistherme Fugen" 1.5 km, bathing lake "Schlitterer See" 6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 2 km, walking paths from the house, gondola lift, skisport facilities 300 m, ski bus stop 50 m, ski school 300 m, children's ski school 400 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Spieljoch - Kaltenbach - Hochfugen 300 m, Zillertal Arena 15 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Schlitterer Badesee 6 km, Achensee 16 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Free ski bus service to the ski region Hochfugen/Hochzillertal. Relaxation area in the adjoining Hotel Schiestl (extra). In the basement of the house is a separate apartment with separate entrance and separate areas (this can be booked under AT6263.381.1).
