Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Marvellous view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smoking house. On the outskirts, 3 km from the centre of Innsbruck. In the house: central heating system. Motor access (via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking. Supermarket 2.1 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 2.3 km. Nearby attractions: Altstadt 4 km, Freizeitzentrum Axame 5.3 km, Einkaufszentrum Cyta 2.1 km, Alpenzoo Innsbruck 5.8 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Axamer Lizum 14 km, Patscherkofel 10 km, Mutterer Alm 8 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lanser See 10 km, Natterer See 11 km.
