Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining nook and radio. Exit to the terrace. Bathroom, shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Upper floor: 1 large double bedroom with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm), cable TV. 1 large double bedroom with 1 double sofabed and hand-basin. Large terrace 18 m2. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains, the garden and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, safe, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use. In a central, quiet, sunny position, traffic calmed area, 1 km from the skiing area. For shared use: property with meadow. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 700 m, restaurant 250 m, 3 minute walk to the centre, railway station "Landeck - Zams" 1.7 km, outdoor swimming pool 2 km. Ski bus stop 250 m. Nearby attractions: Lotzklamm - Zammer Lochputz 1.5 km, Rosengartenschlucht Imst 17 km, Outdoor Park 'Area 47' in 26 km.
