Description
4-room chalet 120 m2 on 2 levels. Large, modern, luxurious chalet "Mountain Lodge - Klippitztorl", 2 storeys, built in 2022, surrounded by meadows.
Object suitable for 6 adults. Spacious, modern and wooden furniture furnishings: entrance hall. Living room with open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, international TV channels and flat screen. Exit to the terrace. Large dining room. Large, open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, cooking island). Bath/shower/WC, Sauna. On the lower ground floor: 3 double bedrooms, each room with 1 double bed, cable TV, international TV channels and flat screen. Bath or shower/WC, double hand-basin. Large terrace 20 m2. Terrace furniture. Marvellous distant view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (6 cars). Electric vehicle charging station. Please note: smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. In the district of Kliening, on a slope, 50 m from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac. Private: terraced garden (not fenced). Fireplace. In the house: with TV, WiFi, sauna, sun terrace, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer. Bumpy motor access to the house (1 km via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 6 cars) at the house. Electric vehicle charging station. Grocery 15 km, restaurant 800 m, lake Langssee 35 km. Walking paths from the house 5 m, chair lift 500 m, slopes, ski rental 200 m, ski school 2 km, sled run 2 km. Nearby attractions: Sommerrodelbahn Klippitztorl 2 km, Klettergarten 2 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Langssee 35 km, Klopeinersee 60 km. Hiking paths: Koralm, Saualm, Lavantaler Alpen. Please note: car recommended. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. Self-service machine for food and everyday necessities in 700m. Due to the geographic location, internet access cannot be guaranteed.
