Upper floor: 1 room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom. Shower/WC. Wooden floors, natural stone floors. Balcony, terrace. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: safe, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. High-end furniture, with wooden furniture. On the outskirts, 800 m from the centre of Finkenberg, 4 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, in a quiet position in the residential district, 500 m from the skiing area. Private: small, well-kept garden (fenced). Terrace (22 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: infrared sauna, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Linen change weekly. Bread roll service. Parking at the house. Carport. Grocery 400 m, restaurant 200 m, outdoor swimming pool 300 m, indoor swimming pool 4 km.
