Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Heating. Parquet floors. Small terrace. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking at the house. Please note: apartment courtyard side. Non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use. Above Ramsau, in the district of Bichl 3 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, 1.9 km from the centre of Ramsau, on a slope. For shared use: property 550 m2. Terrace (50 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: sauna, fitness room, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Steep motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Stepped path to the house. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, outdoor swimming pool 2.5 km, indoor swimming pool 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, mountain railway 2.5 km, ski bus stop 50 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Sauna towels and bathrobes are not on site.
