"Haus Sonja", 3-room apartment on the ground floor. Very modern 2-family house "Haus Sonja", detached, built in 2022.
Entrance hall. 2 double bedrooms. Living/dining room with dining table and flat screen. Exit to the terrace. Luggage room. Open kitchen (4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/shower, sep. WC. Large terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Marvellous view of the mountains. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. The house is a new building, so there are no exterior shots yet. The outdoor area will be completed by August 1, 2022. In the resort Ginzling, 9 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet. Private: garden (fenced). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system, ski boot dryer. Parking (for 2 cars). Supermarket 9 km, restaurant 50 m, outdoor swimming pool 9 km, indoor swimming pool 9 km. Walking paths from the house 50 m, ski lift 200 m, ski bus stop 150 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Ski Zillertal 3000 9 km, Zillertal Arena 19 km, Hintertuxer Gletscher 23 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Schlegeis Stausee 12 km. The house is a new building, so there is no outside view yet. It will be completed on Augst 1, 2022. ,The free ski bus goes to the Mayrhofen ski area.
