Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, shower/WC, sep. WC. Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 sofabed and 1 double bed. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds. 1 room with 1 sofabed, 1 double bed and shower. Shower, sep. WC. Balcony 18 m2. Beautiful view of the countryside and the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Drink best mountain spring water from the faucet.. There is a small apartment in the attic which is only accessible through the house next door. In the district of Hollenzen 2 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, 2 km from the skiing area. Private: well-kept garden 100 m2 lawn. Terrace (40 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system, ski boot dryer. Linen change weekly. Towel change weekly. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 300 m, outdoor swimming pool 2 km, indoor swimming pool 2 km, thermal baths 20 km. Gondola lift 2 km, skisport facilities 2 km, ski bus stop 30 m, ski school 2 km, children's ski school 2 km, cross country ski track 100 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zillertal 3000 2 km, Zillertal Arena 11 km, Fugen Spieljoch 22 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Schlitterer Badesee 25 km, Achensee 35 km, Reintalersee 37 km. Please note: baby equipment on request. Ski bus (free of charge). Free ski bus service to the ski region Zillertal 3000. Important: max. 15 persons allowed (incl. Cot).
