Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with small dining table. Shower/WC. Oil heating. Parquet floors. Terrace. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Above Ramsau 6 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, 1 km from the centre of Ramsau, 4 km from the centre of Zell, on a slope. In the house: storage room for skis. Bread roll service. 800 m long motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Shop 1 km, restaurant 1 km, railway station "Ramsau" 1 km, indoor swimming pool 3.5 km. Mountain railway 2.5 km, ski lift 2.5 km, ski bus stop 150 m, ski school 3.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
