In the district of Schwendberg 10 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, 7 km from the centre of Hippach, 30 km from the centre of Hintertux, on a slope. In the house: storage room for skis, drying room. Steep motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Shop 7 km, supermarket 7 km, restaurant 1.8 km, railway station "Hippach/Ramsau" 7 km, outdoor swimming pool 7 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km.
