6-room chalet 100 m2 on 2 levels. Schwendau 3 km from Mayrhofen: Small, child friendly, cosy holiday development "Schwendau", built in 2009. 3 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, on the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position, 1 km from the skiing area.
Comfortable and wooden furniture furnishings: entrance hall. Living room with Scandinavian wood stove and satellite TV (flat screen), radio and CD-player. 1 double bedroom. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer) with dining table. Sep. WC. Upper floor: 4 double bedrooms. 2 showers, sep. WC. Patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue, box-room. Beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. Please reserve childrens' beds at the time of booking. Important: max. 10 persons allowed (incl. cot). Please bring your own bed an linen for the cot. For shared use: property. Private: lawn for sunbathing. Patio, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, sauna, infrared sauna, relaxation room, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking. Grocery 50 m, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 500 m, bakery 50 m, outdoor swimming pool 500 m, indoor swimming pool 3 km. Riding stable 500 m, gondola lift 1 km, ski bus stop 25 m, cross country ski track 50 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zillertal 3000 1 km, Zillertal Arena 6.5 km, Kaltenbach-Hochfugen 12 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Badesee Aufenfeld 8 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). The photograph shows a typical example. In one of 4 houses is a sauna area with Finnish sauna and infrared cabin (for shared use from Monday to Friday from 17h to 20h, paid between April and November). Heating charges not included from May to November (payable locally, if necessary).
