Terrace furniture, barbecue, box-room. Beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. Please reserve childrens' beds at the time of booking. Important: max. 10 persons allowed (incl. cot). Please bring your own bed an linen for the cot. For shared use: property. Private: lawn for sunbathing. Patio, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, sauna, infrared sauna, relaxation room, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zillertal 3000 1 km, Zillertal Arena 6.5 km, Kaltenbach-Hochfugen 12 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Badesee Aufenfeld 8 km. In one of 4 houses is a sauna area with Finnish sauna and infrared cabin (for shared use from Monday to Friday from 17h to 20h, paid between April and November).
