Small kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, grill, electric coffee machine) with dining nook. Oil heating. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (2 cars). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the housing units will be available for use. In the district of Neu Burgstall 2.7 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, 1.5 km from the centre of Schwendau, 2 km from the centre of Hippach, on a slope, 750 m from the river. In the house: storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Bread roll service. Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 3.2 km, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 400 m, railway station "Mayrhofen" 2.3 km, outdoor swimming pool 2 km, indoor swimming pool 3 km. Golf course 17.5 km, mountain railway, ski lift 800 m, ski bus stop 300 m. Portable barbecue for shared use.
