Arbour, garden furniture. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Parking at the house. Grocery, restaurant, bus stop, railway station 700 m, outdoor swimming pool 2 km. Golf course 2 km, tennis 2 km, cable car, ski lift, ski school 600 m, cross country ski track 800 m, ice field 1.5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hochjoch 100 m, Silvretta Montafon 600 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).
