Exit to the balcony. 4 rooms, each room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, 1 double bed and hand-basin. Exit to the balcony. 3 rooms, each room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, 1 double bed and hand-basin. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 8 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). 2 showers, 3 sep. WC's. Wooden floors. The living room is a farmhouse lounge. 2 balconies. Facilities: safe, children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: private entrance, smoke alarm. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the housing units will be available for use. Private: table tennis, patio, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: sauna (extra). Table football, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 900 m, restaurant 600 m. Gondola lift 1 km, slopes 1.8 km, ski school 1 km, cross country ski track 50 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Schruns 1.8 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Free ski bus service to the ski region Kristberg/Kapellbahn.
