"Gnadenalm (OBR103)", 9-room house 240 m2 on 3 levels. Very beautiful, cosy, rustic rustic chalet "Gnadenalm", renovated in 2020, surrounded by trees and meadows. 4 km from the centre of Obertauern, 7 km from the centre of Untertauern, in a secluded, sunny position on a slope, in the countryside.
Partly with sloping ceilings, renovated in 2020, cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: large living/dining room with dining table. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed and 1 sleeping facility. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 4 rooms, each room with 1 double bed and satellite TV. 2 showers/WC. Electric heating. Balcony. Very beautiful view of the mountains and Radstadter Tauern. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm.
